BUSINESS INCENTIVES
- Tax Structure
Wyoming is a no-tax haven. We have no personal income tax, no corporate income tax and no inventory tax. These result in huge savings to businesses and their employees compared to other states in the country.
- Revolving Loan Fund
The LEDC established a revolving loan fund as a means of gap financing for new and expanding businesses.
- Challenge Loan Fund
The Wyoming Business Council offers gap financing to help with business relocation efforts.
- Work force Training Grants
The Wyoming Department of Employment offers grants to assist employers in training employees. Employers may be eligible to receive up to $2,000 per employee for training.
- Trade show Incentive Grants
The Wyoming Business Council offers a matching grant program to assist businesses with trade show marketing.
- Rural Enterprise Business Grants
The USDA offers its Rural Development programs to those non-metropolitan areas, such as Laramie , to assist with business growth and development.
- Community Development Block Grants
Through the Wyoming Business Council, LEDC can access grant funds to assist in infrastructure development for specific companies.

- Commercial Air Service – United Express operates daily flights to/from Denver International Airport.
